Welcome to the online application. We are delighted that you have decided to apply to Faith Baptist Schools.

For Current FBS Families:

To submit an Inquiry Form for another child, visit the online Application Portal.  Please enter your username and password in the required fields. If you forgot your password, please use the Forgotten Password for reset instructions.

For New Families:

In order to access the online Application Portal, please take a moment to complete our online inquiry form.

After submitting your form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your Admissions Portal account. Please make a note of your username and password so that you can return to the portal in the future to complete additional steps in the admissions process or review your status.

  • 3 or 4 Year Old Kindergarten

    Students entering 3 or 4 year old kindergarten must be age 3 or 4 by September 1, 2017. Additionally, all students must be fully potty trained by the first day of school.

    Application Process:

    1. Complete an inquiry form.
    2. Complete an Application along with the enrollment fee.
    3. A certified copy of your child's birth certificate is required at the time of enrollment.
    4. Upon application submission, your child will be enrolled in the program providing that space is available. Additional enrollment materials and requirements must be submitted no later than July 1, 2017.

    Complete Parent Signatures
    State Certified Birth Certificate
    Submit State of California Required Documents
    Immunization Records due by July 1

  • 5 Year Old Kindergarten

    Students entering 5 year old kindergarten must be age 5 by September 1, 2017.

    Application Process:

    1. Complete an inquiry form.
    2. Complete an Application along with the enrollment fee.
    3. A certified copy of your child's birth certificate is required at the time of enrollment.
    4. Testing
    All students entering K5 must take and pass a 1 hour entrance test. After receipt of application, students will automatically be placed on the testing list.
    Once a student passes the K5 entrance test, the Admissions Office will contact the parent via phone within one week of the acceptance decision. A written acceptance letter will follow in the mail. Additional enrollment materials and requirements must be submitted no later than July 1, 2017.

    1st-12th Grades

    Application Process:

    1. Complete an inquiry form.
    2. Complete an Application along with the enrollment fee.
    3. A certified copy of your child's birth certificate is required at the time of enrollment.
    4. Testing
    After receipt of application, new students will automatically be placed on the testing list. All students entering 1st-12th grade must take and pass the Stanford Achievement Test at grade level.
    5. Letter of Recommendation
    A satisfactory letter of recommendation from your student's previous teacher or principal must be received prior to acceptance.  You may download the form by clicking here.
    6. Final Report Card
    A full year's report card with passing grades must be received prior to acceptance. A student with grades resulting in D's or F's will not be accepted.
    7. Acceptance
    Final acceptance will be determined after the above listed requirements are approved. The Admissions Office will contact the parent via phone within one week of the acceptance decision. A written acceptance letter will follow in the mail. Additional requirements listed below must be submitted no later than July 1, 2017.
